How to use a linked outlook contact folder-table in Access 2007 ?

Hello,

In my Access 2007 I have the possibility to link the outlook contact folder
by successively selecting:
External Data , More, Outlook Folder, Link to the data source by creating a
linked table...

At these point I have two choices:

1. Selecting Address Books and later one of the Outlook Address Book, I get
a linked table in the Tables navigation pane of my Access, but if I try to
open this table there are exactly so much records as there are contacts in
my Outlook Contact folder but all these records are reviewed as empty ? Why?
What am I dooing wrong?

2. I can choose also Mailbox - Name Surname options and then then I can
chose one of the (sub)folders from my Contacts folder and on such a way I
get this folder as a linked table in my access application again. If I open
this linked table in access in the records I see its contacts data but if I
try to append a new record I see this record later in Outlook environment as
an empty mail and not as a new contact. Why? What am I dooing wrong?
