How to use a public Calendar as a default one.

I have a client that asked me to create a calendar in a
public folder an give an access to 4 people that will have
the same rights. After I did that they asked me if that
Calender can be used as there default calender. Another
word if someone outside of this group of people will send
a meetting request, it will go directly in to a calendar
on a public folder and not in to original calendar. Is
there any way I can modify the outlook for this people.
