How to use an InfoPath form for Windows 98 User

Does anyone know if there is a way to allow a Windows 98 user view/use an
InfoPath form? I have clients who have both Windows 2003 office on their XP
machines and some of them are on Windows 98. I have created forms built in
InfoPath, but I can't get their 98 user to use it. If anyone has any
solutions it would be very much appreciated.
