How to use autofill to do a drag-down-copy formula in owc 10 ?

i got a formula like "=sum(c10:d10)", and i want to insert a new row after
this one with a new formula cell "=sum(c11:d11)", can i do that within
javascript ?

Yes, essentially you will assign the formula to the text of the cell or you
can assign it to the formula property. Inserting a row is not related to the
formula assignment. have a look at the insert method of the excel
spreadsheet.
