How to use Autotext Article in FAQ's

When I go to the article "How to use Autotext" in
FAQ/Customization/Autotext I get only 5 lines of text. Is
there more to it than that? If so, what did I do wrong?

You should post the exact link you are referring to, but since I directed
you to that article....

Comes up fine for me in Explorer 5.1.6, although there is a picture about 8
lines down. Perhaps that is loading very slowly or not loading at all, and
making you think there is nothing after it?

Or try a different browser. I thought Safari was the only problematic one
for this site.
