How to use command line to create a new document based on a templa

I try to create a new file with this command line:
(...)\winword.exe /tMyPlantilla.dot

I get an error message of this type:
"The file you tried to open was not found. ..."

If I try to use normal.dot or any of my own templates located in the
template directory I always get the same message.

You must include the full file path to the template (which is not in the
same folder as winword.exe), in quotes if the path includes spaces, which it
almost certainly will. An easier way to start Word with a new document based
on a specific template is to put a shortcut to that template on your
desktop.
