How to use contact fields in a calendar appointment

Is it possible to enter address information through a calendar form. We
would like to schedule new clients and then be able to enter in their
address information directly, without closing the calendar and then opening
a contact form. Is this possible? If so how?

I have tried editing the coalendar form but it won't allow the addition of
contact fields.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You would have to provide data entry controls --they don't have to be bound
to Outlook properties -- and then write code to create the contact from the
data in those controls.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
