How to use front page template to design a professional site.

I need to design my alumni association site. I want to use front page 2003
template.
Can someone tell me how to convert the template step by step tio design a

You probably have 2 problems. 1) What template are you referring to (like
the other guy said). 2) Are you at least a pretty good amatuer graphics
artsy type person?

I have no doubt you can design a pretty good website for your association.
But unless you have some talent/skills and so on what your going to get will
still be visibly derived from whatever template you were using.... and may
not be a "professional" website....
