how to use ftp to publish

Hi,
I'm trying to publish my website by using office Publisher. I clicked on
"publish to web" button, after saving it, i transfer it to my ftp folder.
The home page shows up but the other pages (i.e about us, products) don't
show up. how do i go about publishing the entire pages that i have created.
