I hope to collect all my friends emails from different address, direct send
to one yahoo email address, other texts copy to an draft, then send to a
Yahoo email address from a frequently use email address.

What kind of office program can do this job?

I should add some contact to this Yahoo address book by copy?

What words should I include in email subject and content?
What kind of office email client I should use?

Then I can search any contact in this Yahoo email inbox.
What kinds of office program I can use to search contact with specific
category?

And Yahoo can cooperate with Office?

So, my contacts details, communication emails, can store in Yahoo Mail, but
the information in Office can use to more efficient, how to use Office to do
