how to use Office Viewer ActiveX Control in asp .net?

I want to display Excel file in web page and allow user to edit and save the
file. Is it possible using Office Viewer ActiveX Control in asp .Net?

This is only possible with the Office web components version 9 thru 11. Be
aware that there are licensing issues that you need to be familiar with.

you need to download the latest version 11. version 9 is dated and there are
not enough resources available to make this worth your while.
