How to use outlook connector from c++ code

Hello

Can i use outlook connector without outlook? I want to use it from c++ code,
is it possible?

In documentation for this connector there is a list with two files which
maybe i can use:
MSOC32.dll A Message Application Program Interface (MAPI) connector that
allows Microsoft Outlook Connector for Domino to communicate with a Lotus
Domino server. MSOCrc.dll The resource file for Microsoft Outlook Connector
for Domino.
