how to use Outlook logging for troubleshooting

I enabled the logging option in Outlook 2003. Restarted Outlook then Outlook
generated some etl files and opmlog.log. What I found is that with cache
mode opmlog.log will log activites (in and out) but nothing for online mode
(MAPI). I only got "resource manager terminated". Is that supposed to be?
I mean is omplog.log only useful for cache mode? If so, how can I log online
mode? I guess I have to check etl files. But how to view them?
