How does one use archived personal mailbox folders (.psa)
to repopulate Outlook 2000. Or, read another way, how do
I turn .psa files back into .pst files?

I'm not familiar with .psa files - how did you create them? Autoarchive in
Outlook uses .pst

So what did you use to create the .psa archive file? When I do an
export, or if I use the auto-archive feature, the archive is a .pst
file.
