How to use save as XML

We have a workflow that saves data to a web page on a weekly basis for the
project team to view. We have purchased MS Project 2007 and this is no longer
possible. I need step by step instructions of how to use the Save as XML so
that this data can be opened by MS Excel or IE Explorer.
