How to use scripts in Outlook 2003

HOw do I use scripts for rules in outlook 2003.

When creating a rule I get to the section to run a script and there is
nothing in the list, how do I add scripts to it?

You write a script then have Outlook run it via the rule.
what, specifically, are you trying to do?

I understand this, but how do I add the scripts that I have written to
outlook so that when I am writting the rule I can select it????

When I click run from script a box comes up asking me to select which script
but the list is empty and I can't see anywhere to add scripts to the list
