How to use spell check

Version: 2008

This is probably a simple thing, but I'm new to mac and not a computer person. I'm also very bad at spelling....so need that spell check.

Incorrect words are underlined in red, but I can't right click them. Where do I go to get the correct spelling?

By the way, it took me 20 min to sign up to ask this question. I kept having to do things over and over again because it kicked back to a blank form.

What do you mean by "...I can't right click them"? Why? Are you not aware
that you can right click if you have a multi-button mouse and that you can
Control-Click for the same purpose regardless of what type of mouse you
have? Or are you saying that right-clicking doesn't produce a contextual
menu... Or that it produces a contextual menu which has no word list?

You can also run the Spelling & Grammar command from the Tools menu I order
to use the full spell checking feature. For fuller explanation see Word Help
on the topic: Check spelling and grammar.

You can also add the Spelling & Grammar button to a toolbar by using the
customizing features of the program.
