How to use Visio 2002 ADM files in 2003 AD?

I'm trying to change the path used for Visio to save files, from the
userprofile to a mapped drive (H:\)

I've copied the ADM files from Microsoft's website and created
Visio10_User.adm and Visio10_Machine.adm as per the instructions. When we go
to import them into AD a message says that there is an error with the syntax.
The same goes for the ADM files from the Visio 2002 Resource Kit.

Does anyone know what I need to do to get these files working so I can
change the default save path?
