how to use word pad and type white text on blue background

i am trying to use word pad and want a blue back ground and on that
blue background i need to type white text?

This NG is for Word, not WordPad, which is a Windows accessory, but I doubt
that there is any "Blue background, white text" option in WordPad. You might
try posting in a NG for your version of Windows.
