How to view a color fill if its not showing by default?

I am working on Office XP and have a problem. Whenever I fill an excel cell with a fill in color it does not show it on the screen while I am working on it. When I view it under print preview it shows me the color.

This is very frustrating for me. Can anyone tell me which option I have to play around with to get it working normally
