If you want to make changes in your website, you do that in your Publisher
document, then produce new HTML code. Publisher is not a code editor, and
generally you do not edit the code directly. With that said, you can publish
to a folder on your hard drive and open the HTML files with Notepad, but
then when you make changes in your Pub doc, and produce new HTML files, you
would have to go back and make your edits again. Have you looked at the
insert HTML code fragment feature to see if that does what you want to do?
