How to view more hours in calendar?

In the week view, calendar displays only about 8 hours at a time. I'd like to shrink the height of the hours so as to view 12 hours or so at a time. Seems like that used to be a preference item, but I sure can't find it in Office 2008.

Have you looked at Entourage> Preferences> Calendar - Work Hours?

Set it for a 12 hour span & that's what you'll get displayed:) - although I
believe that 12 is the maximum that can be displayed. That may vary based on
screen size & resolution as well.

AFAIK you can't physically modify the layout of the calendars. You might ask
specifically in the Entourage group rather than here in General.

Bob,

Yes, I have tried changing the work hours. That seems only to change the shading of the work and non-work hours, but doesn't change the size of the cells. So I still need to scroll up or down to see morning or evening events. I guess I'll just have to live with scrolling to get a quick view of the whole day.

Thanks!

Rick

Have you tried using the My Day feature of Entourage? Perhaps it will give
you the type of overview you're looking for.

Not sure if this will help, but see "Make the Calendar work for you."
