How to view note containers while inking in OneNote 2007

In one Note 2003, there was an option to be able to see note groups while
inking. Has this feature been removed from 2007? I have not been able to
enable it. The problem is that there is no visual reference for when
paragrpahs are continuing on the next line and when they are not. See other
post regarding "continue previous paragraph."

I believe that's the same setting carried over from ON2003.

Thanks. I guess I should have been more vocal about my need for the feature.
The more intelligent parsing engine is not 100% and I really need that
feature, in case you have any ties with the product team.
