How to view old items in calendar

Fredrik Landin

I got this question from a customer, don't know what to tell him.

He wants to view all his old meeting, he can see all meetings up to 6 months
old, but nothing beyond that.

Is there a setting that determines when old meetings are removed from the
Calendar?

If so, is that controlled by the Free/Busy settings?

Do I have to restore the mailbox to get back the old items that where
removed from the Calendar, or are they just "hidden" from view?

Check the archive settings on the Properties dialog for the Calendar folder. If the folder is being archived, that will tell you where to find the archive file.

So what you say is that if items are not archived they should remain visable
and kept forever?
Confusing... I don't remeber ever seeing any archive settings at the
customers site... not in Outlook or any user policy...
