How can I do this. Is there an Outlook 2003 stand alone viewer. I save
Outlook 2003 email to a portable hardrive and I want to be able to open the
email when on a computer that is only running either Outlook Express or
Outlook 2000.

You'd have to save the emails to a old format PST file for OL2000 to be able
to open them. OE couldn't

Messages should open on Outlook 2000. There is no viewer - you'll need to
save the messages in a format other programs can open.

In what form do you have the OL 2003 mail? .MSG files? A PST? If the
latter, you can use Outlook 2003 to create a PST compatible with Outlook
2000. Outlook Express, however, will never be able to read Outlook data.
What you can do in that case is to import your OL 2003 data into Outlook
Express on that machine and then save the OE data files on the portable hard
drive. You should then be able to configure OE on the receiving system to
use those files and, if needed export the data to Outlook 2000 on that
machine as well.

There are no Outlook messages viewers of which I'm aware.
