how to view previous info in group schedules

I have set up several groups and can see all forward looking information.
However, looking backward, all that is displayed is the hash mark indicating
No information. I can open any of theses calendars individually and can
easily backtrack a year. Is there some missing settings on the network end to
make the group schedule publish previous dates?

free busy only shows this month and forward, not past months. To see past
months you need to open the calendar using file, open, other users folder.
This requires additional permissions beyond free/busy.
