how to wrap a long text in a use case diagram in visio?

I am using visio 2003
I can not figure out a way to warp the text in a use case.
from your web side, I downloaded the samples, it looks the text wraped.
but when I open the property, and close it again without doing anything, the
text didn't got wraped anymore!
