how to write an Experience Certificate

Hiii Every body
i have been working in a Travel Agency where i keep their record on Ms
Access since last three years but now i want to apply for another job that is
better the one i am doing here . but i don't know how to express my
experience on a piece of paper ... .... i am confuse

i don't know what to call myself
though i have designed the software in MS Access and i am the Operator as well

so is there anybody that can help me to write a good meaningful Professional
Experience certificate that can really express my work and ability in right
way that people be impressed.

Hi

Presumably, you will describe your other responsibilities and somewhere in
this, I would suggest saying something like...

I have also designed and built a database using MS Access which I (and other
staff {if they do!}) use daily. This database has enabled {company name}
to...

Then say a bit about how the database has helped the company. Eg ...keep
more accurate records, save time, respond to customer enquiries quickly and
accurately etc {don't just copy what I've said - make sure it is relevant and
focus on the benefits to the business}

hiii i really appreciate your response

i work in a travel agency where we deal in travel and tourisium. people give
us their passports and i enter them on computer and each person contain round
about 48 related columns for record such as
1 ) Name
2) Father name
3) Passport #
4) Passport Issue
5) Passport Expiry
6)Date of Birth
etc

so we send the passport to the Embassy and then the person's approval comes
for the Visa so we have to yes the person approval form "No" To "Yes" then we
issue the ticket and keep the record that which Carrier is and then which
class is and then the fare and the taxes and the commssion we earn from the
ticket and then we send that ticket to the embassy and then the visa we get
and then finally we confirm person's travel date to his distination.

so my software in MS Access benift the company to have quick view of the
various records such as my boss ask me who's "Visa Approval " is yes and
they have No Ticket

or my boss ask me who's visa is yes from embassy and they don't have travel
date confirm etc
