With a topic like this, using the search engine of your trust might lead
to better results. Usenet/forums for Microsoft Word deal with the
technical aspects of documents/templates (how to achieve a desired
result), less with the content.
Depending on whom the letter is address to, and what it's supposed to
achieve, you need legal advice, I'd wager. You can't expect to get that
here (since nobody qualified would be allowed to give it to you here, I
reckon, nor would anybody know _whether_ he's qualified in the first
place, not knowing in what jurisdiction you're living ...).
