How to you add a mouse over text box to a basic Flowchart?

I want to remove text from my diagram and put it into mouse-over dialog
boxes. How can I do that in Visio 2002?

The simple way to do this in Visio 2002 is to use Cut to remove the text
from the shape and Insert > Comment followed by Paste to put it into a
tool-tip.
