Typing in all capitals is considered impolite. It's hard to read, and
it looks like you're YELLING. All lower case is better if you're
uncomfortable using the shift key.
There is a program called PKZip; it's free and widely available on the
Net. There are commercial programs such as WinZIP
(
http://www.wizip.com); finally, in Windows 2000 and later, zipping is
built right into the operating system. See the Windows Help for
"compressed folder".
Finally... note that Microsoft Access(TM) is a database program, part
of the Office Pro suite; this newsgroup is for questions about Access,
not general windows questions. You don't indicate whether you're
sending your teacher an Access database (if so, the above applies...
if not, it *still* applies!)
