Hi,
I'm a bit of an excel noob at some parts, so go easy.
I'm trying to get it to add words, and not numbers if possible, the words "yes" and "no", is there a way for it to add how many "yes's" and how many "no's" there are in one column?
Also, does anybody know any good sites/videos to learn excel?

One way:

=COUNTIF(A:A,"yes")

=COUNTIF(A:A,"no")
