Greetings.
How to:
1. Make "Show project summary task" optins always checked in new projects
2. Disable sendinge-mail notifications after publishig project plan?

The issue of the project summary task not being set be default has plagued me
for some time....

There is no out of the box solution... The only approach short of macros
that I have used is to

Show the Project Summary task in a project and save as a template (or
enterprise template if in the server) ... create new projects from the
template

By disabling emails I after publishing I assume 1) publishing to a project
server, 2) email notifications to team members

If they have set notifications for new tasks they will receive an email
If you publish new and changed assignments the notify team members by email
is selected by default ... you can deselect this on each publish
