How To's and Tutorials

[JGVT]

I realize that there are a number of tutorials and such on the MS office
website, however, it appears that they are all internet based. I am looking
for downloadable tutorials for access. Something I can use from my computer
when I am somewhere internet is not available. Starting with beginner then
intemediate. PDF or Word format are fine. Free if at all possible. Can anyone
point me to a source for something like this? Thanks for any help.
