How turn off bubbles appearing as curser is over outlook folders

How can one turn off the bubbles that appear when the curser hovers over
Outlook folders in the Folder List?

WHat version of Outlook? I tested Outlook 2003 and if the folder name is
wider than the Navigation Pane will allow, then you'll see the tip appear.
If it all fits within the Nav Pane, then the tip should not appear. If you
don't want to see it, widen your Nav Pane so that all the folders names fit
within it.
