how turn off the appointment shift in time zones

I have a PPC-6700!!! I want my appointments to STAY where I put them and not
change or shift when I am in a new time zone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND I want
my phone to tell me what time it is where I am! Not what time it is back
home!! How do I turn OFF the shift appointment thing in calendar?????

you have two options.
1) don't change your time zone ever
2) enter your appointments so the time zone math works correctly after you
change the time zone.

Outlook isn't very good with how it handles time zones
