how "unlink" a business note from ONE contact

G

George

I'm using Outlook2003w/BCM. Under 'Business Contact History'

I entered a Business Note... "Remember to tell everyone about the big San
Jose conference", and linked it to...

-Marie
-Joe
-Bill

I changed my mind and want to unlink it from Bill. But there doesn't seem a
way to do this at all.

Any suggestions welcomed.

Thanks,
George

Simply open the Contact Bill and then delete the Business Note under the
History of this contact.

Hope this helps!!!

Another fairly easy way is to open the Business Note History item and click
on the upper right corner of this object on the box that says "Link to Record.
" This brings up a dialogue box titled "Link to a Record" Go into the box on
the right where the linked records are displayed. Highlight the record you
want to unlink and then click on the leftward pointing arrow box called
"Unlink" Close out these windows and you are done.
