How update all pages that use a modified shape?

Hello

I'm using Visio for the first time and I'm reading the manual, but I'm
posting here below question because, maybe, someone can give me a suggestion
to find what I'm searching.

This is the problem:

I want create an object, maybe a shape, a stencil. Then I want use this
object inside my pages. I can use a lot of copies of this object, of course.
What now if I want change the original shape format? I like change it only
one time and have automatically update it inside all pages that use it. It
is possible?

Thanks in advance for your help.

It's a common wish. The solution is that the shape you use is first copied
from the master stencil, to the document stencil (you can examine it by
going to the file menu => shapes => show document stencil) and then copies
it to the drawing. Changing the shape in the document stencil changes the
copies in the document.
