How use autopicknext

I can't find anything on HOW TO find when a group of people have the same
time available to schedule a meeting. Posts say something about a drop down
date menu (where is that?) and AutoPickNext (ditto). I need specific details
on how to set this up other than just scanning through eight calendars.

Add the names to the meeting and hit autopick next?
http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/autopick.asp - this is more about Ex2007's
suggest times but autopick next works the same way.
