how well does Outlook 2007 work with Palm handhelds?

Is it worth upgrading to Outlook 2007 (from 2003)? I have a Treo 650 and use
Activesync to transfer calendar data to and from the handheld. I just
purchased a new computer with Windows Vista and am not sure whether to
upgrade my whole Office Suite (student version of 2003), including outlook
2007 (which for some weird reason is not included in Office 2007 for home and
student!). Any comments?
