How will hyperlink cell reference update after copy paste?

When I hyperlink a cell and then copy paste it to another cell, the reference
still says the same. Is there a way for the cell reference to get updated
just like the formulas?

Example:
Cell A1 is hyperlink to go to A72, when I copy A1 to T1, I want the
hyperlink to go to T72 but it still goes to A72.

Something like:

=HYPERLINK("#"&CELL("address",Sheet3!A72),"target is relative")

will adjust.
