How would I add custom Emoticons to MS Communicator?

I am trying to find out how I would be able to add addition emoticons to the
latest MS Communicator. I want to customize some of the smileys and add a
few others. Where would I add these and have them available through IM... er
.... MS Communicator. Thanks.
