How would I do this merge

I have an excel file that has 1, 2, 3 or 4 names that I need to merge
into a word document with conditions. That if ther is only one name it
would simply merge the name but if 4 names then it would be "Naame1
AND Name2 and Name3 and Name4" The word "and" would appear between
each name. If two names then "name1 and name2".
