How wrap text in a table cell

Hi can anyone help me with this? When I go to Table Properties/Cell/Options
and click wrap text, it does not wrap the text in the cells. Word 2003 on
XP. Thanks much!

Did you make sure to turn off the "Automatically resize to fit contents"
option in the Table Options dialog box (Table | Table Properties, Table tab,
Options button)?

Note that "Automatically resize..." is turned on by default for each new
table created in Word.
