I have designed a form for use as a Maintenance Notification for one of our
clients. It allows our engineers to fill in details of when, where, why they
will be connected to a client's PC or Server and when it will take place and
for how long it is expected to take.
Trouble is that when I send the form to the client, they cannot see the
information other than that in the "Message" box because they are using
Lotus Notes.
Is there something extra I must do?
Is there a setting they can change?
Any help would be apreciated.
I have used Outlook 2003 to create the form.
