Howto customize dropdown to behave like "New" button dropdown?

Hi,

I want to customize my dropdown to behave like "New" menu in Outlook. When I
click arrow with it, it opens the dropdown menu and when I click on title it
perform different action.

What type of property should I set for the button when adding it in toolbar?
