howto define definitions for cells - listbox?

I need to know how to pull a cell from one sheet to
another. I have alot of information on sheet 1 and instead
of retyping it to sheet two I would like to be able to
pull it from sheet1.
For instance, if I have BC on sheet one, I would like to
click on a cell in sheet two and be able to choose the
value BC from a listbox
