Howto know who drop a webpart

Project Server on Sharepoint 2007.

Today in my organization, trying to view "My Tasks" page on Project
Server I got a blank page.

I have seen that someone removed the webpart for that page. Me and
other 2, 3 persons are admins.

Are there some logs to view who and when did it happen?

Yeah, this is an issue we ran into as well... Out of the box, the
Project Manager role on the PWA site has the ability to modify most
anything on the PWA site. Go in to the Site settings-->Advanced
permissions. Then on the menu bar click Settings-->Permission Levels
and adjust the permission levels for the groups you want to modify.
I'm not sure how to find out who modified the page.... this is just
preventative for the future.
