Howto: Non printing text - Word 2007

I have a Word 2007 document that fills in a preprinted form.

I would like to have some text on the form that doesn't print. For example
I would like to have text such as "Load paper right side up in tray 1"
conspicuous on the document BUT not have it print. It should also not
interfere with the precision placement of my printed text.

In 2003 you could use "Hidden text" or a "background image" to do this,
perhaps the same in 2007.
