How do I set up an automatic forwarding of my emails coming to my Outlook to
ANOTHER email, say, to my Google account. I want incoming emails to stay in
Outlook as well as to be forwarded automatically to that account..

I would actually ask what the goal was first - an archive? access to email
at home?

Also, what kind of Outlook account are you using? Exchange? POP? IMAP?

Outlook has this ability within the Rules Wizard.

certain emails come to my Outlook account and my brother would like to read
them as well as soon as they come... so therefore I need automatic forwarding
of these emails to him and at the same time having them in my account.

How is it possible to automize that, step by step giude is very welcome : )

thanks

What version of Outlook?

for most versions, go to Tools, Rules & Alerts. Create a new rule using the
check messages when they arrive option. Select the condition and the action
will be Forward.
